Sourcing Network Across Uganda

MERO operates a multi-regional sourcing network that covers Uganda's principal coffee and cocoa producing zones. We work with established farmer cooperatives and associations across the Lake Victoria basin (Robusta), the Mount Elgon/Bugisu highlands (Arabica), and the western cocoa-growing districts.

This diversified sourcing model ensures we can supply consistent volumes across crop seasons, manage supply risk, and offer buyers a range of origins, processing methods, and cup profiles in a single relationship.

  • Lake Victoria Basin Robusta — Central & Western Uganda
